OK-Units offers temporary housing solutions for various applications, such as caregiver homes, garden offices, and flexible housing for staff.Design, construction, and maintenance are all handled in-house.

With a growing demand for mobile living units, OK-Units responds to the need for flexible and practical housing options.

The goal

The company was looking for a partner to gather as many leads as possible and to follow up on them effectively. We set up targeted advertising campaigns for OK-Units via Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to reach potential customers. 

By implementing strong campaigns, we succeeded in generating hundreds of leads.Additionally, we established their email campaigns so that OK-Units can continuously stay in touch with interested parties and keep them informed about new opportunities and developments. 

With lead scoring, we provided insight into who their warmest leads are, allowing their sales department to approach the right leads at the right time.

We also set up various automations to automatically input and segment leads in their CRM. Finally, we implemented a custom tracking solution to provide insights into data for each marketing channel.

The results

Our campaigns have yielded a return of 8 times the investment of the advertising budget, resulting in a ROAS of 8.

At the time of writing, we have generated over 1,200 leads for OK-Units.

Moreover, we have streamlined their marketing and sales processes, ensuring that every lead is followed up efficiently, allowing the team to focus on providing the best possible service.
